  1. I get a message like the one below saying I have an account already what should I do?

Answer: If you get this sort of message and can’t complete the check out process then it’s because some time previously you created an account on the Go Chatter Videos. To continue the system requires you to log in. We’ve put a login and password reset form on this page. Once you’ve logged in you can return to the check out page and it will work.
