2) The ‘Add to Basket’ button will now say ‘Download Now’ on any video page.
3) Simply click that button and your download will start immediately with no need to go through the checkout process.

Yes within the platinum subscription you can create unlimited number of videos, images, banners, flyers etc for any of the promotional and service bundles on the site.

Terms of Use
For the purposes of these terms of use an organisation means an individual church, school or group.
All the current series and courses on the site are able to be downloaded as part of the subscription service except those by ‘Judes Sunday Gang’.
One subscription gives access for one organisation to the video content on Go Chatter Videos. Please do not share videos with contacts or friends outside of the organisation who has paid for the subscription account. If you would like to take out a subscription for a team ministry, diocese, network or group of churches or schools please contact info@gochattervideos.com. We’ll happily arrange a group discount.
The videos are downloaded and to be used in line with the license details described on each individual video page. For example all videos have a ministry use license but some also have a social media license. Our reasonable use policy allows for Gold and Platinum subscription to download up to 30 different videos a month. Please note re-downloading a video that you have already downloaded does not count towards this download cap for a given period. The cap is set because this subscription is designed for one organisation to give all the videos they would realistically use in their ministry. From our experience it’s rare for churches to show more than 5 videos per week across their different meetings and groups. If you reach your download cap for a month then please send an email to info@gochattervideos.com and we can discuss raising your cap. If you have the Platinum subscription there is no cap on the amount of customisable videos and images that your organisation can create from the customisable bundles.
