Understanding God as our adoptive Father.

Krish Kandiah remembers the moment one of his adopted children was welcomed into his family. “The judge stamped the paperwork: adopted! That was the day I became her Father – forever. That was the day she took on my name – forever.”

If we follow Jesus, we are also adopted into God’s family. He is our Father, forever. Reflecting on the words of the Lord’s prayer, we see how prayer helps us to draw closer to our Father. It forges communication and trust between God who has adopted us.
