Description

Spoken word message to provoke discussion and challenge the UK church to think about race

Paul Faulkner speaks on the Black-British experience in an honest, challenging piece of spoken word poetry. It deals with the reality of living as a Black man in the UK and the difficult emotions and struggles that come with it. Yet, it leaves us with an important reminder of the unifying power of the gospel, that brings us hope.

God's family is made up of all nations, and this video brings to light the topic of race in order to tackle the issues collectively.

  • What is your response to the experience of a Black man in the UK?
  • How can your church be engaging with the topic of race?
