Description

A modern-day take on the testimony of the woman at the well

The story of the nameless Samaritan woman at the well, recorded only in the Gospel of John, is a revealing one full of many truths. Jews regarded the Samaritans as foreigners and often acted in a hostile way towards them. Moreover, this woman was an outcast and looked down upon by her own people. After Jesus' conversation with her, she received 'living water' and went out and told countless others of her story. This video re-enacts her experience showing the impact it had on those who heard it and how her continuing witness brought many to faith.

Jesus shattered the walls of exclusion and in doing so, revealed that the Kingdom of God, Grace and Forgiveness are available to all. God loves us in spite of our brokenness and actively seeks a relationship with us.
