It’s Not Fair

Description

When we see or go through suffering something within us tells us it’s not fair.

Maybe your family breaks up, you’re ripped off, or someone you're close to dies. Why does life so often feel unfair? This video is a great starting point from which to start thinking about that question. It directs us to the amazing news, found in the Bible, that explains that God isn’t just helplessly watching from the sidelines. He got involved in our suffering when Jesus was born and lived, died and rose again to end it once and for all.

These videos were created as an evangelism project by the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and would work well as part of an evangelistic service or to introduce this topic at your youth group.

Possible Discussion Questions

• Do you ever feel let down, ripped off or fed up?
• What has God done about suffering?
