In today’s episode, Ivor Wheezychest and Peter Proud finally go head to head in the great sports tournament. When Ivor is unexpectedly unable to take part, Coach steps in to take his place. Coach wins the race and he gives his medal to Ivor, making him the great sports tournament champion!
This reminds us of the way that Jesus died for us, taking our place on the cross in order to give us everlasting life. We have to fix our eyes on the finish line, which for Christians is everlasting life with God after we die. This helps us to keep running our race, and living for Jesus each day.
Suitable for 4-11 year olds, with age-appropriate variations.
